Supplies:
- Hanging Galvanized Tin
- EasyCast Clear Casting Epoxy
- Metal Letters B-O-O
- Double-Sided Mounting Tape
- Two Mixing Cups
- Two Wooden Stir Sticks
- Micro Butane Torch

On the back of your three letters, apply small pieces of mounting tape.

Arrange the letters in place in the tin where you want them. Remove the paper backing from the mounting tape and adhere the letters into place.

Mix EasyCast according to instructions. EasyCast has a decent 20 minute working time so there’s not point in rushing your pour.

Mix equal amounts of Part A and Part B into a disposable measuring mixing cup. Stir the two parts together thoroughly then pour into a second clean cup and stir with a clean stir stick. Once your resin is thoroughly mixed, pour it into your tin.
After a few minutes of allowing the bubbles to arise to the surface, use your micro butane torch to pop the bubbles. You can also just exhale over the piece, but the torch is much faster. Just be sure to move it quickly just above the surface and not to let it scorch the resin.

Wait for the resin to cure. It takes about 24-48 hours (depending on temp of your room and depth of pour.)

Finished! Now that it has cured, hang it in a fun place to display for Halloween. This would be perfect for someone with simple rustic decor in their home!
